At the exhibition of his friend Antonello Venditti, Carlo argues with his son Giovanni who accuses him of not being able to say NO to anyone. In fact, Carlo not only can’t decide on the candidacy for mayor, but he can’t even get rid of Chicco, his daughter’s boyfriend, and put a stop to Erminia, a terminally ill who persecutes him with messages and phone calls.
